We work on the principle that Quality is first and forever. We never compromise on this front. All the department adopt quality with an open mind. We believe that adoption to quality management is not limited to giving services or procuring quality goods only, but it can be applied to any business activity. Hence we work on a system where we have TQM( Total QualityManagement)

We have an in-house Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Team. The responsibility of the QA/ QC team is to inspect and test all the component and materials, bought in or otherwise are confirmed to the specification, and the measuring instruments are accurate and correct.

NOTE: The measuring instruments are calibrated from time to time by the qualified agencies. Any complaint received from the customer is satisfactory dealt with and is solved in a timely manner. Feedback and the suggestions from the customer is always welcome and is used to review the design if required.
