Stage wise process
- Allotment of the work project via different modes i.e.
i) through Architects & Consultants
ii) through participation in tenders (Normal &e-Tender)
iii) through biding in reverse auction
iv) through reference
v) through repeat orders from existing clients (etc)
- We plan out our strategy and method of working and store it in a
shop copy
- The shop copy is handed over to the Engineer/ Architect or any other
qualified concerned person to review his suggestion.
- Bar chart mentioning time frame, materials to be procured, work force
Required, method to be applied, target to be achieved, etc is send to the
Engineer/ Architect or any other qualified concerned person for their
endorsement.
- The endorsed bar chart is then distributed to the different departments
as required.
- The management than according to the requirement mentioned in the
bar chart provides the departments with the essential needs.
- With this strategy and planning we gain confidence to achieve our
Goal. By the grace of GOD and the support of TEAM Gautam Electrical Services Pvt. Ltd. (GESPT) it is always achieved.
NOTE : Each department is headed by a supervisor who removes the hurdle if
occurred such that the process of work is carried out smooth and in a rhythmic
manner. Each site is visited by the engineer thrice a week and as and when
required. Person from management also visits the site as and when required. |
