Mr. Shashikant M. Shah who is the sole proprietor of the company, established it in the year 1967. With very hard work, confidence and a desire to achieve the best, the Co has attained a reputed status. He has an inbuilt nature & ability to build an esteem rapport with people where ever he goes. He has more than 40 years of experience in this field. He always says that in service industry like ours, Confidence never comes if we have all the answers but it comes when we are ready for all the questions.

Mr. Paresh S. Shah aged (42) son of Mr. Shashikant Shah looks after the day to day administration and management of the company with an experience of 15 years. He has a wonderful art of administering the Company by balancing all the sectors i.e. finance, procurement etc. By his ability he makes things simple for the company. He says keep things simple to be successful don’t complicate it.

Mr. Kaushik. S. Shah aged (32) son of Mr. Shashikant Shah looks after the co-ordination of the company with practical experience of 10 years. He is of the belief that building a winning team of work force coming from different cultures requires a strong common goal. He coordinates with the subordinates and the working team in such a way that the job is completed on time efficiently, satisfactory and to the mark

Mr. Rajiv Vichare is an Associate  Engineer of the company. He has a powerful and practical experience of 27 years in this field. With his technical ability and communication skill, the company gets confidence to achieve the target successfully. One of the job to his credential is the project worth Rs. 101 Lacs of M/s. SP Biotech Park Pvt. Ltd. (Hyderabad). He looked after the designing of panels, Transformer and execution of HT/LT job. The job was executed successfully in the time frame.

Mr. Vivek  Nair is the Project Engineer of the company with a work experience of  7 years. He has an unique Quality of making records in his work. He has the excitement and burning desire of working, thus resulting in achieving the goal in record time. One of his achievement is he executed and finished the project admeasuring 20,000 Sq. Ft. of M/s. Mastek Ltd. (Pune) in a record time of 45 days with great success.

Mr . Ahmed  Yakkundi is the Project Engineer of the company with a work experience of 3 years. He always insists on doing job perfectly, for that he takes extra initiative to execute the project successfully. He follows the principle that ‘keep concentration on the solution and not on the problem’.One of his achievement is he successfully handled the project of M/s. Pantaloons (Big Bazzar) Kalyan.

Mr. P. T. Joseph is the Senior Supervisor of the company with a work experience of 36 years. His knowledge and experience makes the projects more competent and result oriented. He is of the belief that ‘how much ever tough would be the job, if you have the desire and motivation the goal would be accomplished successfully’. One of the job to his credential is the project of M/s. STAR TV Masterpiece Bldg, Andheri (E), Mumbai.

Mr. J.P. Singh is the Site Supervisor of the company with a work experience of 35 years. He has an inbuilt leadership quality in him. He is the energy booster for the company whose energy level is always charged. For him the definition of ‘Impossible is I’m Possible’. One of the job to his credential is the project of M/s. Bayer India at powai, Mumbai. He looked after the schedule to install and execute 600 Nos. of telephone lines in 80 hours.
